TJGZ series friction pendulum bearing (FPB) is a kind of seismic isolation steel bearing developed based on the theory of friction single pendulum system (FPS), which has been applied to the seismic isolation design of railways, highway bridges and civic buildings. TJGZ series friction pendulum bearing uses the mechanical principle of a single pendulum to achieve the purpose of extending the self-vibration period of the structure; Through the optimization of the friction coefficient of the sliding surface, the purpose of energy consumption is achieved. TJGZ series friction pendulum bearings are divided into four types: fixed support (GD), longitudinal movable support (ZX), transverse movable support (HX), and multi-directional movable support (DX). Under small external loads (such as frequent earthquakes and train braking forces), fixed and unidirectional movable friction pendulum bearings limit the two-way and unidirectional movement of the support through limit plates; Under strong load (such as high intensity earthquake), the limit pin on the limit plate is sheared, and the support realizes two-way displacement swing, which plays the role of seismic isolation and energy dissipation.
