In order to develop staff talent, release pressure, establish a team with cooperation and support, and tostrengthen team cohesion, Chengdu Alga organized two-day outdoor development training on 23 and 24 April, 2016. The training site is located in Yiboyuan, Shuangliu. We cooperated with Chengdu Daerwen outdoor sports co., LTD., to organize this training. During the training, we took part in all kinds of activities and games includeYancaijielong, Mishiconglin, Yindian Shejian Yizhanchuanshu and etc.

Everyone actively involved in these activities and enjoy them. In the future, we will continue to organize similar outdoor development training to improve team cohesion and release pressure. Work with passion, live with happiness, which is our immutable pursuit.
