In order to develop staff talent, release pressure, establish a team with cooperation and support, and to strengthen team cohesion, Chengdu Alga organized one-day outdoor development training on December 26, 2015. The training site is located in Baigongyan Park of Longquan. We cooperated with Chengdu Chengdu Ningju outdoor sports co., LTD., to organize this training. During the training, we took part in all kinds of activities and games includeQiangtandenglu, Mihuansenlin, Qingwatiao and etc. Everyone actively involved in these activities and enjoy them. In the future, we will continue to organize similar outdoor development training to improve team cohesion and release pressure. Work with passion, live with happiness, which is our immutable pursuit.
