In order to strengthen Team Cohesion and Communication ability, Chengdu Alga organized training course on Team Cohesion and Communication for one day on 31 July. We invited a very good trainer who has ten-year experience in the field of management training. The trainer used a lot of examples and also humorous way to present the importance of cooperation and communication between the company members. All staff attending the training courses listened carefully and positively thought and questioned, and the atmosphere was very active.

This training course is an attempt to establish a training system for the company, and also a very important step on the way to establish company culture. We got strong support from leaders and positive response from staff. Therefore, we will organize more training courses for all staff to improve the quality and ability of staff.
