On 28th December, 2013, China Railway Engineering Corporation began to carry out new train operation diagram, which means that 7 express railways including Xibao Railway, Xiashen Railway, Yuli Railway, Hengliu Railway, Qinfang Railway, Liunan passenger railway and Yongbei Railway will be open totally. The open of these railways symbols completion of Express Railways along Southeast Coastal Area, which will connect three big economic circles: Pearl River Delta, Haixi and Yangtze River Delta.
