The other day Ministry of Transport issued Guiding Opinion about Improving Transportation Service, Opinion for short. By moving forward 28 measures on equalization, standardization, facilitation, informatization and glasnost, Ministry of Transport propose to spend 5 years around to realize a goal of safer transportation service, more convenient public travel, more efficient transport development, and more green protection development pattern.
