The State Council has studied and decided investing and financing system reform in railway and further acceleration of railway construction in China's mid-west area.Previously, some top leaders of several provinces went to Beijing to visit China Railway Engineering Corporation with hope to get support from China Railway Engineering Corporation in railway construction and investment.
