On May 17, "The Seminar on CREEC- Jiangsu Rail Transit Industry Business Opportunities and Open Ceremony of Changzhou Branch, CREEC" were held in Changzhou.

It was one of the special activities for” the Eighth Advanced Manufacturing Technology Exhibition Fair, 2013, Changzhou, China”. It was hosted by Changzhou Municipal People's Government, and co-hosted by CREEC and Jiangsu Rail Transit Industry Technology Association. Vice Mayor of Changzhou City, Shi Zhijun, Vice President of CREEC, Lu Jianhua attended the meeting. The two sides had a pre-cooperation talk before the seminar.

During the meeting Chengdu Alga signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Changzhou Rongda Structural Damping Equipment Co., Ltd.
