On April 19, highway projects of Karamay-Aletai, Karamay-Tacheng and Kashi-Irkeshtam Port began to be built. The three projects all belong to national highway network, which invested with 27.758 billion yuan. The total mileage is 860.47km and they are planned to be finished by October or November of 2013.
