On February 29, Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Bureau discussed the plan on building beltway expressway with Jiujiang government. This expressway starts from the place nearby Hutong, Xingang  of Hangrui Expressway, passing through east area, Lushan District and Xingzi County of Jiujiang  as well as Lushan scenic area and ends connecting with Dujiu Expressway. The direction of main line is south-north. The project has just been under the optimization and will be started this year.
