Gansu government issued “Gansu Provincial Comprehensive Traffic Development Plan during the 12th Five Period”. It says in the next five years, Gansu will, based on the goal of making Gansu as the most important comprehensive transportation hub, build a 7-comprehensive transportation passageway with “One Transverse and Six Longitudinal” network to realize traffic and transportation leapfrog development in transportation.
