Shenzhen Mayor Xu Qin chaired the 17th seventeenth Conference of Urban Rail Transit Construction Headquarters. At meeting, it is required the third project of rail transport should be done in three stages: the construction of Line 11 must be launched firstly at the end of this year and be open to traffic in 2016 accordingly and some of the sections try to be open to traffic in 2015.
