News from Neijiang Traffic and Transportation Bureau, the feasibility study reports on Zilong Motorway and Neiwei Motorway initiated by BOT have been approved by Sichuan Traffic and Transportation Bureau. Currently, the BOT investment-attraction work has been launched. Zilong Motorway starts from Hutong, the hub of Yong’an which connecting with Lezi Expressway and Neiyi Expressway, via Yantan District, Fushan County of Zigong City, crossing Zilu Expressway near to Heba, and ends at Yantangwan of Longchang County, Leijiang nearby. It has four lanes which the total length is 50.76km deck and the integrated road deck is 24.5m wide. Its design speed is 80km/h. The total investment is expected 3.274 billion yuan. This project plans to begin at the end of 2011 and complete at the end of 2014.
