According to the arrangment of executive meetings of the State Council, Ministry of Railways stipulated the ajustment plans on speed at high-speed railways and on running map of the relative trains, which will be carried out in two stages.  At zero o’clock of August 16, the first stage on adjustment of four high-speed railways will be carried out, which involving the speed at Beijing-Tianjin Inter-city Railway, Hainan East Ring Railway and Guangzhou-Zhuhai High-speed Railway,  and running map of the relative trains at Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway caused by recalling CRH380BL manufactured by China CNR Corporation Ltd. due to its problem.
