In order to reduce the risk of advertising violations, strengthen the awareness of advertising laws and regulations. On May 31, 2023, Chengdu Alga Company carried out an education and training activity with the theme of "Basic Legal Knowledge of Advertising Law". All employees participated in this training.
This training invited Ms. Hu Xiao of Chengdu Berland Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. to explain the "Basic Legal Knowledge of Advertising Law", which covered the basic knowledge of Advertising Law, advertising requirements, special advertising restrictions and other knowledge. Through an in-depth analysis of a series of typical cases of illegal advertising that have attracted widespread public attention in recent years, Ms. Hu
elaborated on the prominent problems of illegal advertising such as the use of absolute terms, advertising-oriented problems, falsehood, medical treatment, health care, and food, closely combined with the current situation of the advertising industry, to help everyone deeply understand and master the Advertising Law, improve the awareness of law-abiding operation of enterprises, and guide everyone to resolutely not touch the bottom line of the law while pursuing advertising creativity and economic benefits, and reasonably comply with laws and regulations to avoid risks. After the training, Ms. Hu Xiao actively interacted with the on-site employees and answered in detail the questions raised by the employees about the Advertising Law.
In this training, Ms. Chen Na of All Bright Law Offices was also invited to share "legal knowledge related to traffic accidents" with everyone. In the class, Mr. Chen taught the process of determining traffic accidents, compensation items, types of evidence, and handling methods for traffic accidents that cannot be identified as collisions, which were rich and practical, concise and easy to
understand.
Through this training, employees not only learned the knowledge of laws and regulations on advertising and traffic accidents, but also helped everyone to be more strict in their future work, effectively comply with laws and regulations, and reduce publicity and traffic safety risks.
