In order to help employees establish a scientific career development planning,raise their awareness and concept,  correctly master the meaning  enterprise employees' career and career development planning, on March 23, 2023, Chengdu Alga Company organized a training with the theme of "Enterprise Employee Life Strategic Planning", and all employees participated in this training.

We invited Mr. Zhang Song of Chengdu Guanghua Training School to teach. Mr. Zhang combined with the actual work, listed various cases to carry out scene training and guidance, vividly described the high-end cognition of career and career development planning, the operation practice of enterprise employees' life planning, the relationship between professional loyalty and career development, and discussed "my life goal and corporate vision", the characteristics and planning of different stages of career development and the integration of different stages of life and enterprise development.

Through this training, we help employees to think about a new system, deeply understand the intrinsic relationship and essential relationship between employees' career and career development planning, regard themselves as objective and independent individuals, and actively think and discover their own improvement direction, so as to realize the effective combination of employees' personal growth and enterprise development!
