On April 27, 2022, the first BOD meeting of Chengdu Alga in 2022 was successfully held. The meeting was chaired by Chen Lie, chairman of Chengdu Alga, and all four directors, supervisors and chief financial officer of the company attended the meeting. The general manager and finance minister of the company attended the meeting.

The attendees heard the work report for 2021 and the work plan for 2022.

The leaders praised the positive attitude of all the staff of Chengdu Alga for their hard work and all-out efforts in the difficult railway market and the internal environment of the group company; and affirmed the good achievements of all staff in 2021.

The meeting emphasized that the future development of the company should follow the changes of the times, rely on emerging technologies, form patent barriers and core technologies, improve competitiveness and enhance company value.

This meeting pointed out the development direction for the company and strengthened the development confidence of all employees of Chengdu  Alga. In 2022, the company will continue to follow the leadership of the board of directors and the group company, continue to develop new products, explore new markets, and continue to develop steadily.
