In order to train and enhance employees’logical thinking and expression ability, on 28th, Sept, Chengdu Alga organized a special training with the theme of “Logical thinking and efficient expression”. All the employees attended the training.

In the course, we learned about the meaning of language, the key situations in the workplace, how to express ourselves effectively and clearly, and how to make our expression attractive. The instructor, in combination with work practice, gave scenario training and instruction in various cases, and talked about one-way communication, 360-degree communication, meeting communication, formal communication, informal communication, pyramid thinking, scenario description, SCQA, recommendation and persuasion of FABE, based on 5W, sum up 4F and other knowledge.

Logical thinking is the core of intelligence, which is the main symbol to judge the intelligence of a person. Cultivate logical thinking and good communication skills, can help everyone to improve creativity, develop a certain social value of the comprehensive ability to enhance people’s trust, create empathy, resonance of the Working State! Through this training, we will learn to apply the knowledge to work, and gradually develop the key under the leadership of the thinking structure, improve the ability to express, will work better!
