The " Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" will be implemented on January 1, 2021. What impact will it have on our industry as it is called the "Encyclopedia of Social Life"?

On May 10th, Chengdu Alga Company specially invited lawyers Chen Na and Li Guiyun of Jintiancheng Law Firm to conduct a one-day training on legal knowledge of the Civil Code for all employees.

The training course is divided into two parts. First, First, lawyer Chen Na explained the divorce cooling-off period, parent-child relationship litigation, property compensation, heirs, wills, etc. in the Marriage and Family Chapter of the Civil Code through daily cases. In the cours,everyone actively communicated and discussed it combining theory and practice.Then, in conjunction with the "Civil Code", lawyer Li Guiyun explained the basic knowledge of the contract, the subject of the contract and the knowledge of legal risk management. In addition, typical cases were selected to explain the precautions and common mistakes when signing the contract, and gave the trainees a vivid law education class.

The publication of the "Civil Code" conforms to the requirements of the development of the times and the actual needs of the national conditions,  and at the same time provides a solid guarantee for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
